We work hard to keep our website accurate and up to date, but we can't promise that everything on it is complete, correct or current at all times. Information on the site is for general guidance only.
For anything you need to rely on, such as admissions, term dates or a school's statutory information, please check the relevant school's own website or contact the school directly.
5. Links to other websites
Our website links to other sites, including our schools' own websites, MyNewTerm (for job vacancies and our Talent Pool), FlippingBook, Vimeo and Google Maps. We include these links for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or how they use your information. Please check their own terms and privacy policies.
If you want to link to our website, you're welcome to, as long as you do it fairly and legally and don't suggest any endorsement or partnership from us that doesn't exist.
6. Our responsibility to you
We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
