Flexible Working across our Trust

We're a DfE Flexible Working Ambassador Trust. For over five years we've been at the forefront of changing how schools think about flexible working, helping them see the value it brings for staff at every stage of their career. In 2021, we joined the national initiative to raise awareness of flexible working and give schools practical support to make it happen, including bespoke tools for alternative provisions and secondary schools.

Out of that work came Find Your Flex, our website and toolkit for anyone exploring what flexible working could look like for them.
