We are a DfE Flexible Working Ambassador.
Over the last five years we have been at the forefront of changing perceptions of flexible working and helping schools see the value of promoting flexible working for their staff.
In 2021, we were part of the national initiative to raise awareness and provide practical support for schools in the region including developing bespoke tools for those working in alternative provisions and secondaries. We developed a suite of tools including the popular 'Find your Flex' website and toolkit.
In 2023, we were reappointed as Flexible Working Ambassadors and continue our work with schools in London and the south east.
