Alison Sprakes
Headteacher, The Belham Primary School
Over seven years in senior leadership, I have developed strong expertise in managing change. This includes recruiting and building teams from the ground up, designing curriculum, and implementing systems from infrastructure through to classroom practice.
A key area of my work has been outreach and parental engagement, helping to bring new school communities together and build strong, trusting relationships.
I offer professional development in developing middle leaders, curriculum design, implementing new systems, coaching and mentoring, and parental engagement. I also support teachers and leaders with managing a phase, year group or subject, strengthening community engagement, and building effective teams.
