We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team, supporting the care, development, and learning of nursery and infant-aged pupils to start in September 2026. This role plays a key part in the day-to-day running of the classroom, helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the creation and maintenance of a safe, engaging and well-organised learning environment.
Contributing to the delivery of a broad and balanced range of learning experiences.
Promoting the wellbeing of pupils at all times.
Building positive relationships with parents and external professionals.
We are looking for someone who:
· Is passionate about early years education and child development
· Has strong communication and teamwork skills
· Is nurturing, proactive and reflective in their practice
· Holds (or is working towards) a relevant Level 3 qualification
